Postage and Delivery
Postage Fee
All prices are including sales tax. We use recorded delivery to all orders. postage fees will be charged according to size, weight and country. We will invoice you the cost of the postage once you have placed the order.
Delivery
We produce the garment after order has been placed. We aim to dispatch your order within 14 days of receipt (we do not despatch at weekends or bank holidays). We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.
Payment
Payment for our garments is to be made by paypal only. We could accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques. Return & Exchange
We do not offer refund or exchange except special circumstances. If you think the garments you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call our shop on 0207 247 1883 (Monday to Friday from 11am to 6:30pm) or email shop@junkystyling.co.uk. In these circumstances, you are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us, but we will arrange a free of charge delivery for replacement garments to be resent where appropriate.If you have any questions at all about returning goods please contact our shop on 0207 247 1883 or by email shop@junkystyling.co.uk. we will be happy to help.
Order Cancellation Policy
If upon canceling an order after it has been processed and/or dispatched a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be the shipping amount of your order transaction resulting in only the items being refunded.Refunds will not be issued until all merchandise is received back into the store. Junky Styling is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail.
Ownership
Garments remain the property of Junky Styling until payment has been received in full.
